SASKIA GREGSON-WILLIAMS is a trained ballet dancer and the founder of Naturally Sassy, the healthy food brand that energises, strengthens and protects. I have followed her instagram for awhile and the first dish I made from her site was amazing (a broccoli salad ?) And I am, sadly very picky. I have not made much from the book yet, but I will say that I adore it already. The pictures are lovely, and there is an enormous amount of information presented in an easy to read format. The recipes look amazing, and there are many options, not just full recipes, but ideas for various ingredients. I also love the classy English feel. I am not a big "earthy vegan" person, but her site and book exude class. She is so young, but I think she has a very long career ahead of her in whatever she chooses. But I hope food is a part of it somewhere. :) I will update after I have made more of the dishes.

Great Recipes From a Very Inspiring Ballerina

I have been following Saskia for awhile on Instagram and was very pleased to learn of her book. As every recipe I have tried of hers has been very delicious and satisfying, I jumped at the chance to purchase her compilation. Even though I would prefer a hard copy, which is not currently available in the U.S., I am getting used to navigating the digital cookbook on various devices and really like how she organizes the recipes into different categories. So many recipes and so little time!
