it was ok I am surprised by all the reviews. I wanted a simple love story and it is that. it didn't have much depth or character development but its fine. the only thing that killed my is the word smirk. all they do is smirk!!! if they are sad they smirked, happy, they showed it by smirking, flirting was smirk city. for crying out loud use other facial expressions it killed my how often they smirked. smirk was used 72 times! (yes I looked it up!)

Winter Renshaw hooked me in when I read Royal. Since then she has become one of my favorite authors and she did not disappoint me with this story. Hudson and Mari are about as different as can be or are they? At first glance it seems like they are but as the story unfolds they are more alike then I first thought. What I liked the most about this book is how strong of a character Mari is and not backing down to Hudson. Also I like how Hudson evolved and shows us his true self that has been hidden for along time. This author continues to give us characters we can care about and love and she did it again with this book. I was sad when I got to the end as I wanted more of their story.

This was just a beautiful story, I loved the characters. It was just really short... If I could give it more stars I would.
